You could use pebbles or stones for this and develop this around positive affirmations, uplifting quotes or even single words that can trigger other positive thoughts and feelings.

1. I recommend using PVA for this on both sides of the cut out text so that it wraps around the stone better.
​
2. Leave to dry, then PVA the whole stone again to further bind the text to the stone. You might need to experiment with this.
